I will give you a serious answer to your question. IMO 6W6P is tougher than the Killer Abs workout. 6W6P has two workout vs. KA three workouts, but my heart rate goes up way higher with 6w6p. Now I'm not saying that KA isn't a good workout, just that one is tougher than the other. Hope this helps you more than the above posts. :laugh:

The breakdown of the videos is like this: Workout 1- cardio and upper body. Workout 2- cardio and lower body. Workout 3- cardio and abs.
