Ok after almost 1.5 years I noticed that GTA:SA is still on my harddrive so I started replaying it. It worked fine until I tried Joypad and then switched back to Mouse+Keyboard Controls. Now the Foot Controls are "inverted" and I DO NOT mean just the Y-Axis. when I press W i move down, S is up, A is right, and D is left. Same with the Arrow Keys.

Nope. For me works either pressing Esc a few times (move mouse around at the same time) or unplug and plug it back, that works 100 % times for me. I'll try ESC again, but plugging it in and out won't work since I've used two mouses to try and solve the problem.
