Ok after almost 1.5 years I noticed that GTA:SA is still on my harddrive so I started replaying it. It worked fine until I tried Joypad and then switched back to Mouse+Keyboard Controls. Now the Foot Controls are "inverted" and I DO NOT mean just the Y-Axis. when I press W i move down, S is up, A is right, and D is left. Same with the Arrow Keys. sharp as a marble. I remember that in the OG PC version you had to change controls from “joypad” to “mouse and keyboard” in GTA settings when switching between gamepad and mouse, maybe you could try changing it too? 3.
